In early 2000, our small family had a vision of opening a hat store that offered people around the globe a chance to shop for the perfect hat in the privacy of their own home. Back then, we operated mainly at Swap Meets and other small marketplaces and other local street fairs. Over time, it became clear to us that the fast-paced online market would be the perfect place to share our love of hats. At the time nobody thought opening an online hat retail site was possible. How would people find the right size? How would they find the perfect hat based on a picture alone? Amidst all of the negative feedback surrounding our dream we decided to prove them all wrong.
